Ingredients

12oz Blueberries
·
10 Kiwi (peeled and cut in half)
·
1 4oz pack of mint
·
2 Cups Sparkling Water
·
½ Cup Sugar (adjust for personal preference)
·
1 ½ Cup
Rum (adjust to personal preference)
·
Ice as needed
Directions
1.
Place the cut kiwis in a food processor or
blender along with the sugar and lime juice until pureed
2.
Transfer the puree to a pitcher or glasses and
add the rum
3.
Crush the blueberries with a muddle (if you don’t
have one you can use the back of a wooden spoon)
4.
Add crushed blueberries
5.
Serve and enjoy
