Ingredients

2 pounds of chicken wings (drums and flats separated,
wingtips removed)
·
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
·
Salt & Pepper
Orange Sauce
·
1 ½ Tsp. Sesame oil
·
1 ½ Tsp. Olive oil
·
2 Garlic cloves (minced)
·
Red pepper flakes to taste
·
¾ cup orange marmalade
·
¼ Hoisin sauce
Procedure
1. Preheat
oven to 350 degrees
2. Toss
wings with olive oil, salt and pepper
3. Place
on baking rack or in pan and bake until fully cooked
4. In
a sauce pot add sesame oil, olive oil, garlic and ginger and cook until golden
brown (remember to stir frequently so garlic does not burn)
5. Add
the red pepper flakes, orange marmalade and Hoisin sauce. Cook for about 5 min. stirring frequently
6. Poor
over wings coating evenly
7. Serve
and enjoy
